You are allowed to bring as many guests as the occupancy of your room. You will be responsible to make sure your guests follow all the rules of the property. We reserve the right to ask your guests to leave if they do not. You are responsible for all the damages they causeYou guests are allowed to stay overnight as long as they do not exceed the maximum occupancy of your room. If they do, we will charge upto $100/guest for each night of their stay.

Please practice safe cooking habits. Do not leave burners on unattended. Please do not cook with strong-smelling ingredients. Lingering smells that require room closure and deep cleans will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $100
Vacations should be stress-free and for that reason, you get to park right in front of your room. The hotel does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.But guess what? We’ve got state-of-the-art surveillance cameras watching over the parking lot so, should anything seem amiss, let us know, and we’ll check out the footage. And if you plan on leaving your car in our parking lot for a short while, not problem, just let us know, as we reserve the right to tow vehicles.
Breathe easy. We are a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a disappointed look and a $100 room cleaning fee.
We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to you at market value. A detailed review of the condition of the apartment and all equipment and facilities will be made after check-out. You are responsible for any damages or breakages found that are over and above normal wear and tear and usage.Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after check-in to avoid responsibility and potential charges.Check our our pool, non-smoking, kitchen, and pet policies for different types of damages you are responsible for.We do not charge a fees to cover potential damages during booking. In the event of damages, we reserve the right to charge your card on file after check-out. In the event the credit card transaction fails, you will have to pay with another card within 2 week or we will use a collection agency to recover the damages. If we find out about damages during your stay. we reserve the right to ask you to pay for the damages immediately or charge the card on file . If you fail to pay and we are unable to charge your saved card, we will ask you to leave the property, without a refund.
Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while using the facilities such as the swimming or workout area. If you use those facilities, you do so at your own risk.

We have a bar & cafe where we serve only non-alcoholic drinks! The good news? This means, by law, we allow alcohol to be brought onto the property. Don’t mix drinks!
Are we pet friendly? You bet! A maximum of two pets are allowed per room.Just make sure your furry friends do their business in the designated area and stay on a leash when outside the room. No rogue poppers and, sorry … no pets in the lobby, pool or common areas. Pets cannot be left unattended in rooms at any time.There is a pet fee of $50 per pet to cover normal cleaning. Should your furry friend shed a great amount or have a potty accident in the room, a cleaning fee will be charged up to the amount of $200. Should your pet cause property or item damage, an incidental fee will be charged at market value. No cats or venomous creatures.
We do not allow firearms in this property. Any guest or visitor who is in possession of a firearm may be asked to leave the hotel premises, without refund. The hotel premises are private property, and our firearms policy applies to: (i) all firearms, regardless of whether the firearm is a handgun or a long-barreled gun; and (ii) all guests and visitors, even those possessing a valid license or permit to carry a firearm.
