Our Policies

Cancellation Policy - Very generous

  • The total amount of the reservation is due at the time of booking.  However, we offer the following generous cancelation and change policy, because we know that sometimes your travel plans need to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If you cancel more than 90 days in advance, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded 
  • If you cancel less than 60 days in advance, 50% of your rate will be refunded and 50% can be applied to a future or different reservation. 
  • If you cancel less than 30 days in advance, we do not offer refunds, but 50% of your rate can be applied to a future or different reservation  
  • If you arrive and decide to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs, 50% of the rate can be applied to a future or different reservation  
  • In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged 
  • Booking credits are valid for 1 year 

Damage Policy - ‘You break it, you buy it’

We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to you at market value. 

A detailed review of the condition of the apartment and all equipment and facilities will be made after check-out.  You are responsible for any damages or breakages found that are over and above normal wear and tear and usage.

Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after check-in to avoid responsibility and potential charges.

Check our our pool, non-smoking, kitchen, and pet policies for different types of damages you are responsible for.

We do not charge a fees to cover potential damages during booking. 

In the event of damages, we reserve the right to charge your card on file after check-out. In the event the credit card transaction fails, you will have to pay with another card within 2 week or we will use a collection agency to recover the damages. 

If we find out about damages during your stay. we reserve the right to ask you to pay for the damages immediately or charge the card on file . If you fail to pay and we are unable to charge your saved card, we will ask you to leave the property, without a refund.


Outside Guest Policy - Party responsibly

You are allowed to bring as many guests as the occupancy of your room

You will be responsible to make sure your guests follow all the rules of the property. We reserve the right to ask your guests to leave if they do not. You are responsible for all the damages they cause

You guests are allowed to stay overnight as long as they do not exceed the maximum occupancy of your room. If they do, we will charge up to $100/guest for each night of their stay.

Pet Policy

Are we pet friendly? You bet! A maximum of two pets are allowed per room.Just make sure your furry friends do their business in the designated area and stay on a leash when outside the room. No rogue poppers and, sorry … no pets in the lobby, pool or common areas. Pets cannot be left unattended in rooms at any time.

There is a pet fee of $50 per pet to cover normal cleaning.  

Should your furry friend shed a great amount or have a potty accident in the room, a cleaning fee will be charged up to the amount of $200. 

Should your pet cause property or item damage, an incidental fee will be charged at market value.

 No cats or venomous creatures.


Smoking Policy - Don't!

Breathe easy. We are a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a disappointed look and a $100 room cleaning fee.
